In general the Cheese is Buttery, sharp, slightly salty and lightly aromatic (sweet and nutty aromas in taste).
Ingredients: Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Rennet, Lactic acid (Milk), Salt, Stabilizer (Calcium Chloride) and Lysozyme (from Egg). Conservatives in coating of Bark (E-235).
